At 25 years old I found myself pregnant in chiropractic school knowing nothing about birth. Fatefully, a homebirth midwife came to our school and gave a lecture. She said "the uterus is like a any other organ in the body, it knows how to do its job, birth a baby." This has always stuck with me.

After
going through a crazy first birth of 30 hours and back labor, I knew I needed to know way MORE about birth and how to trust the process. I came away from my first birth and embarked on this 16 year journey of figuring out how mommas can birth better. I learned that once you know enough to trust your body's inner workings everything falls into place!
